The Yoshinaga clan is an ancient noble family. Its roots date back to the pre-Edo period. The Yoshinaga are a well respected branch of the renowned Matsudaira samurai clan. The family holds the Daimyo of the Shinjo village: a close neighboring island of the Nara District on Gor. As Lords of the land their wealth has accumulated over the generations through taxes on farmers, rentals and investments in local businesses.

In current day Gor: The head of the family has passed after a long and prosperous military career. The eldest of his two sons, Akio Yoshinaga has inherited the Daimyo and younger brother Kenji Yoshinaga is proving his worth in the samurai ranks. The shogun of Nara, a long time friend of their father recognizes both brothers’ skills and talents and invites them to take positions in Nara society. Akio accepts the honorable role of High Ambassador and Kenji as warrior. A new chapter for the clan begins…
