a. Pani collar-girls are slaves and therefore considered beasts, not people. They have no legal rights, no citizenship, and own no property.
b. Collar-girls are property, and can be used by their Owners in whatever manner they see fit. Abuse or damage to others’ property is considered a crime.
c. All collar-girls must be registered with the settlement via application. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Whether you are owned or coming in as a settlement collar-girl, you MUST have an application on file with Isle of Nara.
d. We are a peaceful place, but ANY drama that causes the Administration or Shogun grief will be cause to get you banned.
e. All collar-girls must address the free by “Master” or “Mistress.” A collar-girl is not allowed to use the given name of a free in public, or without express permission from her Owner.
f. Runaways are held in trust by the Isle. If they are not claimed within 7 RL days, they become property of the Isle of Nara.
g. Abandoned collar-girls are held in trust by the Isle of Nara. If they are not claimed within 14 RL days, they become property of the Shogun.
h. Freeing of a Gorean collar-girl is the right of an Owner, but Earth-born collar-girls are never freed. If there is any question on this matter, counsel should be sought from the settlement court.
i. Collar-girls must obey the Free. Any Free many punish a collar-girl for inappropriate behavior. The Free will be liable for any damage or loss caused by their actions.
j. Collar-girls may not wear the same or similar style dress as free women or contract women. Owners should choose a collar-girl’s apparel as befits their use. All Gorean Slaves Dress Codes are allowed.
